Prepare the Soup Base

- In a bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese. Stir this cheese mixture into the soup until melted and creamy.
Serve
- Ladle the soup into bowls and top with additional mozzarella cheese, fresh basil, and parsley.
