Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Pasta of choice
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 2 fillets Fresh salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/4 cup Fresh dill or parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water until al dente.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the salmon fillets until cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and flake the salmon.
  3. In the same pan, sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add heavy cream and Dijon mustard, and stir until combined and heated through.
  5. Mix in the flaked salmon and Parmesan cheese. Adjust seasoning with salt if needed.
  6. Toss the cooked pasta in the creamy sauce until well coated.
  7. Garnish with chopped dill or parsley before serving.
