Ingredients
  

Salad Ingredients
  • 2 medium cucumbers sliced
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Cucumbers
  1. Slice the cucumbers into thin rounds and place them in a mixing bowl.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and let them sit for about 5 minutes to draw out excess moisture.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a separate bowl, combine Greek yogurt, dill, lemon juice, garlic powder, black pepper, and mix well.
Combine and Serve
  1. Drain excess moisture from the cucumbers and add them to the dressing.
  2. Toss gently to coat the cucumbers with the dressing.
  3. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
