  • 8 oz Fettuccine
  • 1 tbsp Salt for pasta water
Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb Shrimp large, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
Finishing Touches
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Green onions chopped
  • 2 tbsp Parsley fresh, chopped

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and shrimp, cooking until the shrimp turn pink.
  4. Stir in the Cajun seasoning and heavy cream, bringing to a simmer.
  5. Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  6. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and cook until melted.
  7. Serve garnished with green onions and parsley.
