Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb 80/20 ground beef for juicy patties
  • 4 slices crispy bacon
  • 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 4 buns brioche burger buns can substitute with other types
  • 1 cup fresh lettuce shredded
  • 1 medium tomato sliced

Method
 

  1. Gather all ingredients and prepare fresh lettuce and tomato.
  2. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy (about 6 minutes). Drain on paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, season ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into four patties (1-inch thick) with an indentation in the center.
  4. Grill patties over medium-high heat for about 4 minutes per side, adding cheese during the last minute to melt.
  5. Toast burger buns on the grill until golden brown.
  6. Assemble burgers: place each patty on a bun, top with bacon, drizzle BBQ sauce, and add lettuce and tomato.
