Ingredients
  

Cottage Cheese Mixture
  • 2 cups cottage cheese preferably low-fat
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for drizzling

Method
 

Prepare the Mixture
  1. In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake the Chips
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spoon the cottage cheese mixture onto the baking sheet in small, flat circles, leaving space between each.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the top of the chips.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
