Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups chocolate chip cookies
  • 1/2 cup frosting
  • 1 cup white chocolate melts
  • 1/4 cup colorful sprinkles
  • 10 sticks lollipop sticks
  • 1/4 cup crushed nuts optional

Method
 

  1. Crumble the chocolate chip cookies in a large bowl until finely crumbled.
  2. Mix in the frosting until it forms a moldable dough.
  3. Roll tablespoon-sized portions into balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill the cookie balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. While chilling, melt the white chocolate melts according to package instructions.
  6. Dip one end of each lollipop stick into the melted chocolate and insert it halfway into each ball.
  7. Dip the pops into the melted chocolate, ensuring full coverage, then decorate with sprinkles or nuts before setting them back on parchment paper.
