Prepare the Ingredients
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- Slice the turkey breast and tomatoes, and wash the lettuce.
Assemble the Sandwich
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of 4 slices of toasted bread.
- Layer with lettuce, turkey, and tomato slices.
- Add another slice of bread on top, spread mayonnaise on top side, then layer with bacon and more lettuce.
- Top with another slice of bread, mayonnaise side down.
- Cut each sandwich into quarters and secure with toothpicks if desired.
