Ingredients
  

Chicken and Bacon
  • 2 cups cooked chicken chopped
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
Vegetables
  • 1 cup lettuce shredded
  • 1 medium tomato diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion thinly sliced
Condiments
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing store-bought or homemade
  • 4 sub rolls sub sandwich rolls toasted

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken and Bacon
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped cooked chicken and crumbled bacon.
  2. Add ranch dressing to the chicken and bacon mixture, stirring until well combined.
Assemble the Sub
  1. Slice the toasted sub rolls in half lengthwise.
  2. Layer the shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and sliced red onion on the bottom half of each roll.
  3. Spoon the chicken and bacon mixture over the vegetables.
  4. Top with the other half of the roll and serve immediately.
