Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries washed and dried
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips can substitute with white chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil helps to melt chocolate smoothly
  • optional toppings crushed nuts or shredded coconut

Method
 

  1. Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off, then place on parchment paper.
  4. Once the chocolate slightly sets, dip the bottom half of each strawberry into Greek yogurt.
  5. Add optional toppings if desired before the yogurt sets completely.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for about one hour before serving.
