Ingredients
  

  • 2 whole ripe avocados (about 300g)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (50g)
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup (80ml)
  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk (240ml)
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract (5ml)

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Popsicle molds
  • Popsicle sticks

Method
 

  1. Slice the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
  2. Add cocoa powder, maple syrup, coconut milk, and vanilla extract to the blender. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top.
  4. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold.
  5. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.
  6. To remove from molds, run warm water over the outside of each mold for a few seconds.
