Method
- Slice the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
- Add cocoa powder, maple syrup, coconut milk, and vanilla extract to the blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top.
- Insert popsicle sticks into each mold.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.
- To remove from molds, run warm water over the outside of each mold for a few seconds.
