Method
Prepare the Chicken and Broccoli
- Slice the chicken breast into thin strips and season with salt and pepper.
- Wash and cut the broccoli into florets.
Cook the Chicken
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken strips and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
Add Broccoli and Sauce
- Add the remaining tablespoon of oil, garlic, and ginger to the wok and stir-fry for 1 minute.
- Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
- Pour in the soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar, then add the cornstarch mixture to thicken the sauce.
Serve
- Stir everything together until well combined and heated through, about 2 minutes.
- Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
