Marinate the Chicken
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken strips and toss to coat. Cover and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Cook the Chicken
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Assemble the Tacos
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Place the chicken on warmed corn tortillas and top with cilantro, onions, tomatoes, radishes, and a dollop of sour cream.
