Ingredients
  

Chicken and Noodles
  • 1 pound boneless chicken breast sliced into thin strips
  • 2 packs ramen noodles discard seasoning packets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce for marinating chicken
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch for coating chicken
Vegetables
  • 1 cup bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup carrots julienned
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 inch ginger grated
Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce for stir fry
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil for flavor
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha optional for heat

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. In a bowl, combine sliced chicken breast with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and cornstarch. Mix well and let marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. While the chicken is marinating, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
Stir Fry the Ingredients
  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add sesame oil.
  2. Add the marinated chicken to the wok and stir fry for about 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, stir frying for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the bell pepper, broccoli, and carrots to the wok and stir fry for another 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Combine and Serve
  1. Add the cooked ramen noodles to the wok along with the stir fry sauce ingredients. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
  2. Serve hot, garnished with additional sriracha if desired.
