Prepare the Chicken
- In a bowl, combine sliced chicken breast with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and cornstarch. Mix well and let marinate for 10 minutes.
- While the chicken is marinating, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
Stir Fry the Ingredients
- Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add sesame oil.
- Add the marinated chicken to the wok and stir fry for about 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
- Add garlic and ginger, stir frying for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Add the bell pepper, broccoli, and carrots to the wok and stir fry for another 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Combine and Serve
- Add the cooked ramen noodles to the wok along with the stir fry sauce ingredients. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional sriracha if desired.
