  • 4 pieces chicken fillets boneless and skinless
Spices and Seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon paprika smoked or sweet
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes adjust for heat preference
Sauce Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for cooking
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream for creaminess
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. Season the chicken fillets with salt, black pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken fillets and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
Make the Sauce
  1. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in the grated parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Adjust seasoning if necessary and add the cooked chicken back to the skillet, coating it in the sauce.
Serve the Dish
  1. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
  2. Pair with pasta or a side salad if desired.
