Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Boneless chicken breast sliced into thin strips
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce for marinating chicken
  • 1 cup Bell peppers sliced
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced
  • 1 cup Green onions chopped
  • 1 cup Bean sprouts
  • 8 oz Chow mein noodles cooked according to package instructions
  • 3 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil for frying
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch slurry mix of water and cornstarch

Method
 

  1. Slice the boneless chicken breast into thin strips.
  2. In a bowl, combine the sliced chicken with soy sauce and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat sesame oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the marinated chicken to the pan and stir-fry until cooked through.
  5. Add bell peppers, carrots, and green onions to the pan and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  6. Add the bean sprouts and cooked chow mein noodles to the pan, stirring to combine.
  7. In a small bowl, mix oyster sauce with cornstarch slurry, then add to the pan and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the ingredients.
  8. Remove from heat and serve hot.
