- Slice the boneless chicken breast into thin strips.
- In a bowl, combine the sliced chicken with soy sauce and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat sesame oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated chicken to the pan and stir-fry until cooked through.
- Add bell peppers, carrots, and green onions to the pan and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
- Add the bean sprouts and cooked chow mein noodles to the pan, stirring to combine.
- In a small bowl, mix oyster sauce with cornstarch slurry, then add to the pan and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the ingredients.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
