Prepare the Chicken

- Once cooled, slice the chicken into strips.

- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic until well combined.
Assemble the Salad
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed greens, cabbage, carrots, and red bell pepper.
- Add the sliced chicken and cashews to the salad.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
Serve
- Divide the salad into bowls and serve immediately.
