Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced thinly
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Method
 

  1. Prep your ingredients by cutting the chicken and vegetables.
  2. Marinate the chicken in a mixture of soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat; add marinated chicken and cook until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
  4. Add broccoli and bell pepper; stir-fry for another 3-5 minutes until veggies are bright green.
  5. Pour any remaining marinade over the stir-fry; cook for another minute to coat everything evenly.
  6. Serve immediately, optionally garnished with sesame seeds.

Notes
