Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef use 80/20 for best flavor
  • 8 pieces slider buns
  • 4 oz sharp cheddar cheese slices
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 6 pieces dill pickles sliced

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt and pepper until just combined.
  3. Form the meat mixture into 8 small patties, slightly larger than the buns.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook patties for 3-4 minutes on each side; add cheese during the last minute to melt.
  5. Assemble sliders by placing patties on bottom halves of the buns; top with ketchup, mustard, and pickles before adding the bun tops.
  6. Bake assembled sliders in the oven for about 10 minutes until buns are toasted.
