Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium Yukon gold or red potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons chaat masala
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 each lemon, juiced

Method
 

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Boil the potato cubes in salted water for 10-12 minutes until fork-tender.
  3. Drain and let the potatoes dry for 5 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, combine chaat masala, salt, and drained potatoes. Add lemon juice and toss until well-coated.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry potato cubes in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Garnish with cilantro and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
