Caramelize the Onions

- In a small saucepan, bring balsamic vinegar to a simmer over medium heat.
- Reduce heat to low and let simmer for about 10 minutes until thickened. Stir in maple syrup if using.
Combine and Serve
- Add the cooked white beans and chopped rosemary to the caramelized onions. Stir well to combine.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes until heated through. Serve drizzled with balsamic reduction.
