  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • green onions
  • sesame seeds, toasted

Method
 

  1. In a large skillet, heat a little oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger; sauté until fragrant.

  5. Scramble the eggs until set, then mix with cabbage.
  6. Add soy sauce, green onions, and sesame seeds; stir well to combine.
