Prepare the Buffalo Chicken

- Flip the patty and cook for another 3-4 minutes until fully cooked through. Remove from heat and let rest for a minute.
Assemble the Tacos
- Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.
- Place the cooked buffalo chicken patty on each tortilla.
- Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Drizzle with ranch dressing and additional buffalo sauce if desired. Serve immediately.
