Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup Biscoff cookie spread or similar spread
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows or regular marshmallows
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
Topping
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff cookies crushed
  • 1/4 cup Biscoff cookie spread for drizzling

Method
 

Prepare the Baking Dish
  1. Line a 9x9 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
Melt Butter and Marshmallows
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine melted butter and Biscoff cookie spread. Microwave for 30 seconds until warm and mix until smooth.
  2. Add the mini marshmallows to the bowl and microwave for an additional 1-2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until fully melted and combined.
Combine with Rice Krispies
  1. Remove the bowl from the microwave and quickly stir in the Rice Krispies cereal until fully coated with the marshmallow mixture.
Press into Baking Dish
  1. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Use a spatula or your hands (lightly greased) to press the mixture firmly into an even layer.
Add Toppings
  1. Drizzle additional Biscoff cookie spread over the top and sprinkle crushed Biscoff cookies evenly.
Cool and Cut
  1. Allow the treats to cool at room temperature for at least 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
