Method
Prepare the Baking Dish
- Line a 9x9 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
Melt Butter and Marshmallows
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine melted butter and Biscoff cookie spread. Microwave for 30 seconds until warm and mix until smooth.
- Add the mini marshmallows to the bowl and microwave for an additional 1-2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until fully melted and combined.
Combine with Rice Krispies
- Remove the bowl from the microwave and quickly stir in the Rice Krispies cereal until fully coated with the marshmallow mixture.
Press into Baking Dish
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Use a spatula or your hands (lightly greased) to press the mixture firmly into an even layer.
Add Toppings
- Drizzle additional Biscoff cookie spread over the top and sprinkle crushed Biscoff cookies evenly.
Cool and Cut
- Allow the treats to cool at room temperature for at least 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
