Prepare the Brownie Base
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until combined.
- Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, whisking until smooth.
- Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt, then fold until just combined.
- Stir in the Biscoff spread until fully incorporated.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let the brownies cool completely in the pan.
Make the Biscoff Frosting
- In a bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and Biscoff spread until smooth.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing until well combined.
- Add milk as needed to reach desired consistency.
- Spread the frosting over the cooled brownies.
- Drizzle additional Biscoff spread on top if desired.
