Ingredients
  

Brownie Base
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff spread plus extra for topping
Biscoff Frosting
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup Biscoff spread
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk adjust for consistency

Method
 

Prepare the Brownie Base
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until combined.
  3. Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, whisking until smooth.
  4. Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt, then fold until just combined.
  5. Stir in the Biscoff spread until fully incorporated.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  8. Let the brownies cool completely in the pan.
Make the Biscoff Frosting
  1. In a bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and Biscoff spread until smooth.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing until well combined.
  3. Add milk as needed to reach desired consistency.
  4. Spread the frosting over the cooled brownies.
  5. Drizzle additional Biscoff spread on top if desired.

Notes
