Ingredients
  

Salad Base
  • 6 cups fresh spinach washed and dried
  • 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries
Toppings
  • 1/2 cup pecans chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
Dressing
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze store-bought or homemade
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional for sweetness
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Salad
  1. In a large salad bowl, combine the fresh spinach and mixed berries.
  2. Add the chopped pecans and crumbled feta cheese on top.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic glaze, olive oil, honey, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Combine and Serve
