Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • sriracha to taste
  • green onions to taste, sliced
  • sesame seeds to taste

Method
 

  1. Prepare the shrimp by peeling and deveining if not already done.
  2. In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, and egg to create a coating mixture.
  3. Dredge the shrimp in the coating mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the coated shrimp until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. In another bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to create the sauce.
  6. Drizzle the sauce over the cooked shrimp and toss to coat evenly.
  7. Serve the shrimp garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
