- Preheat the oven or grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- In a small saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar, honey, minced garlic, and herbs. Bring to a simmer and cook until thickened.
- Brush the olive oil onto the salmon fillets.
- Place the salmon on the grill or in the oven and cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
- In the last few minutes of cooking, brush the balsamic glaze over the salmon.
- Serve the salmon with additional glaze drizzled on top.
