Ingredients
  

  • 4 fillets Salmon
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh rosemary or thyme

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven or grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar, honey, minced garlic, and herbs. Bring to a simmer and cook until thickened.
  4. Brush the olive oil onto the salmon fillets.
  5. Place the salmon on the grill or in the oven and cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
  6. In the last few minutes of cooking, brush the balsamic glaze over the salmon.
  7. Serve the salmon with additional glaze drizzled on top.
