Prepare the Salmon
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and rub Cajun seasoning evenly over each fillet.
Bake the Salmon
- Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Make the Avocado Lime Sauce
- In a mixing bowl, combine the avocado, lime juice, garlic, olive oil, cilantro, and salt. Mash until smooth and creamy.
Serve
- Once the salmon is cooked, serve it topped with the avocado lime sauce.
