Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 4 fillets salmon fillets skinless
Cajun Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning store-bought or homemade
Avocado Lime Sauce
  • 1 large ripe avocado peeled and pitted
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped
  • salt to taste salt

Method
 

Prepare the Salmon
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and rub Cajun seasoning evenly over each fillet.
Bake the Salmon
  1. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Make the Avocado Lime Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the avocado, lime juice, garlic, olive oil, cilantro, and salt. Mash until smooth and creamy.
Serve
  1. Once the salmon is cooked, serve it topped with the avocado lime sauce.
