- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the seasoned broccoli on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until tender and golden brown, shaking the pan halfway through for even roasting.
- If desired, sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top during the last few minutes of baking.
