  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the seasoned broccoli on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until tender and golden brown, shaking the pan halfway through for even roasting.
  6. If desired, sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top during the last few minutes of baking.
