Method
Prepare the Oven and Baking Dish
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a baking dish with a little olive oil.
Prepare the Salmon and Vegetables
- Place the salmon fillets in the baking dish.
- Arrange the asparagus and cherry tomatoes around the salmon.
Add Boursin Cheese
- Spread the Boursin cheese evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
Season and Bake
- Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables and season everything with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
