Ingredients
  

Cauliflower
  • 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
Honey Sriracha Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce optional for extra flavor
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
Coating
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour or gluten-free flour
  • 1 cup water to make a batter
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Method
 

Prepare the Cauliflower
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, water, and salt to create a batter.
  3. Dip the cauliflower florets into the batter, ensuring they are well coated.
Air Fry the Cauliflower
  1. Place the battered cauliflower florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
Prepare the Sauce
  1. While the cauliflower is cooking, mix honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder in a bowl.
Combine and Serve
  1. Once the cauliflower is crispy, remove it from the air fryer and toss it in the honey Sriracha sauce.
  2. Serve immediately, garnished with sesame seeds or chopped green onions if desired.
