Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 4 fillets salmon fillets skinless, about 6 oz each
Honey Mustard Glaze
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Honey Mustard Glaze
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Prepare the Salmon
  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and place them in a shallow dish.
  2. Pour the honey mustard glaze over the salmon, ensuring each fillet is well coated. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
Air Fry the Salmon
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the marinated salmon fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  3. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Serve
  1. Remove the salmon from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
  2. Serve with your choice of sides, such as steamed vegetables or rice.
