Prepare the Ingredients
- Slice the bell pepper and onion, and mince the garlic. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and black pepper.
Cook the Chicken
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add ground chicken and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5 minutes.
Add Vegetables and Sauce
- Add sliced bell pepper and onion to the wok and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and vegetables, stirring well to combine.
Finish with Basil
- Remove from heat and stir in the fresh basil leaves until wilted.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
