  • 1/23/4 cup Italian Dressing
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers (diced)
  • 1/2 yellow onion (diced)
  • 2 oz can black olives (sliced)
  • 1/2 large cucumber (peeled and diced)
  • 12 slices chicken breast (chopped)
  • 10 cheese sticks (chopped)
  • 1 cup turkey sausage sticks (sliced thin)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta with roasted red peppers, yellow onion, black olives, cucumber, chopped chicken breast, cheese sticks, and turkey sausage.
  3. Pour in Italian dressing and toss gently until well-coated.
