  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 1/4 cups barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Spray the inside of your crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Place in the crockpot.
  3. In a bowl, mix together barbecue sauce, Italian dressing, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on high for 2.5-3 hours or low for 5-6 hours until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
