  • 3 medium shallots (halved and thinly sliced)
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 16 ounces frozen peas
  • 1 pear
  • 1 lemon (zested and juiced)
  • ½ cup roughly chopped parsley
  • Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the pear into small pieces, tossing them with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook diced turkey strips until golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté sliced shallots until softened, then stir in Dijon mustard.

  5. Fold in half of the crispy turkey strips along with parsley and black pepper to taste.
