  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp spicy chili garlic sauce
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Melt ½ cup of unsalted butter in a small saucepan over medium heat until it bubbles slightly.
  2. Add 5 cloves of minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, then mix in 1 tablespoon of spicy chili garlic sauce, ½ teaspoon of smoked paprika, and optional cayenne pepper to taste.
  3. Season with salt and black pepper, then reduce heat to low and stir in 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and honey (if using). Let simmer for 1-2 minutes to meld flavors.
