  • 300 g boneless white fish (cut into cubes)
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 12 tsp peri peri seasoning
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
  • 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Marinate the fish cubes by mixing vinegar, peri peri seasoning, ginger garlic paste, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Prepare the coating by combining panko breadcrumbs with all-purpose flour and dried parsley. In another bowl, whisk together the egg and milk.
  3. Coat each marinated fish piece first in the egg mixture and then roll it in the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Choose your cooking method: deep-fry until golden brown (3-4 minutes per side), air fry at 180°C for about 10-15 minutes, or bake at 200°C for around 15-18 minutes.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
