  • 46 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1½ cups sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon chopped chives or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a 9×13” baking dish and arrange the chicken in a single layer.
  3. In a bowl, combine sour cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
