  • 1 ¾ cups pumpkin puree (one full can)
  • ¾ cup brown sugar (firmly packed)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 ¾ cups whole milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Press the pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish, placing the dish on a baking tray for easy cleanup.
