  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 7.5 oz chive & onion cream cheese spread
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated, divided)
  • 1 bell pepper stem (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, chive & onion spread, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1 ¼ cups of shredded sharp cheddar until smooth.
  2. Lay out cling wrap on your counter and sprinkle ⅓ cup of shredded cheddar on it. Scoop the cheese mixture onto the wrap and mold it into a ball shape.
  3. Coat the ball with remaining shredded cheddar and wrap tightly in cling wrap to maintain shape.
  4. Use rubber bands around the cheese ball to create pumpkin grooves. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  5. Once chilled, remove rubber bands and decorate with a bell pepper stem before serving.
