  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 7.5 oz chive & onion cream cheese spread
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated, divided)
  • 1 bell pepper stem (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chive & onion spread, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1 ¼ cups cheddar cheese until smooth.
  2. Lay out cling wrap on your counter and sprinkle ⅓ cup shredded cheddar in the center.
  3. Scoop the cheese mixture onto the cheddar base and cover with remaining shredded cheddar.
  4. Wrap tightly in cling wrap and shape into a round ball.
  5. Secure with thick rubber bands to create a pumpkin shape and chill for at least 2 hours.
  6. Before serving, remove rubber bands and garnish with the bell pepper stem.
