  • 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter (softened)
  • 1/2 cup Warm Milk
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Grease and flour a loaf pan.
  3. In one bowl, mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and mix well.
  5. Incorporate pumpkin puree and vanilla extract until combined.
  6. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Stir until just combined.
  7. Mix in warm milk until the batter is smooth.
