  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

  3. Add thawed corn, heavy cream, and thyme to the skillet; stir for 4-5 minutes until corn is plump.
  4. Pour in the milk mixture and cook for another 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Blend 1-2 cups of the mixture until smooth; stir back into the skillet.
  6. Season with cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to taste; serve warm.
