  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 can (10 ¾ oz) cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 ¼ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon mustard powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow pasta according to package instructions; drain well.
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter with cheddar and mozzarella cheeses until smooth.
  3. In the slow cooker, combine melted cheese mixture with cheddar cheese soup and sour cream; stir well.
  4. Add cooked pasta, milk, salt, mustard powder, and paprika; mix thoroughly.
  5. Cover and cook on low for about two hours until creamy.
