  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons herb seasoning (divided)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F while melting the butter in a 9×13 baking pan.
  2. Cut each potato in half and score the cut sides.
  3. Mix the Parmesan cheese with 2 tablespoons of herb seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture onto the melted butter in the pan and arrange the potatoes cut-side down.
