  • 19 oz. ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup minced red onion
  • 2 oz. frozen spinach
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp dried dill
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp cooking oil
  • 5 hamburger buns
  • 1/2 cucumber (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the lemon dill yogurt sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, dried dill, and salt in a bowl. Refrigerate.
  2. Finely chop sun-dried tomatoes and red onion. Thaw spinach and squeeze out moisture.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, sun-dried tomatoes, red onion, feta cheese, spinach, oregano, garlic powder, and salt. Mix gently until just combined.
  4. Shape into five burger patties.
  5. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook patties for 5-7 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
  6. Serve on buns topped with the yogurt sauce and sliced cucumbers.
