Ingredients

  • 24 Black Olives
  • 1 medium Cucumber (sliced)
  • 6 ounces Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Green Onions
  • 2 tbsp Dried Chives

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, chives, green onions, and salt to taste until smooth.
  2. Transfer the mixture into a piping bag or Ziploc bag with one corner snipped off.
  3. Pipe the creamy mixture onto each cucumber slice generously.
  4. Place a whole black olive in the center of each cucumber slice as the spider body.
  5. Cut remaining olives in half lengthwise and then into quarters for spider legs; arrange four legs on each side of the whole olive.
  6. Serve immediately or chill before serving.
