  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough (about 8 biscuits)
  • 1/4 cup butter (melted)
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  3. Season the beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
  4. Roll out each biscuit to about 1/4 inch thick and place about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center.
  5. Fold the edges of the dough around the filling and pinch to seal.
  6. Brush each bomb with melted butter mixed with minced garlic and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for about 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
